About Tri State Pet Care
Tri State House and Pet Sitting opened for business in January 2001. At first a project for school and a way to help Andrea make money until she graduated, it then turned into a thriving full time business. She graduated in 2006, with a degree in Small Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Economics. Although her degree was in Small business, her passion was with animals. So with degree in hand and knowledge of animals, Tri State House and Pet Sitting Service began. In 2011, Tri State House and Pet Sitting Service became Tri State Pet Care LLC. We now provide a range of services from in home services to doggy day care at our location. Our main service areas are Charles Town, Ranson, Shepherdstown, Harpers Ferry, Mission Road, Martinsburg, Inwood, Kearneysville, Bakerton, Summit point and surrounding areas.

How our service works
You can contact Tri State Pet Care by phone, email or right here on our website. We will set up a free in home consultation, and then come to your home and meet you and your pets. Usually two sitters, a primary and a back up, will attend the meeting. During this initial visit you will receive a Pet Profile, Veterinarian Authorization form, a service agreement, and general information about our company. We will pick up two keys at this time. Our prices are based on mileage from our location, please see service area page for more details.
For our location, please contact us to set up an appointment to take a tour. We prefer no "unannounced visits" as this can disrupt the dogs out in play groups. You will be sent an application for our services here at our location. Please be sure to complete it before you arrive.
