PAYMENT
Payment is due at your scheduled pick up time. We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. If you would like to leave gratuity, you may do so in cash or with card.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
We require a non-refundable, non-transferable one day deposit for all boarding reservations. This is due within 48 hours of our acceptance for official confirmation. These deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of if or and when you cancel.
HOLIDAYS
The following days are considered holidays and will require a $10 per dog holiday fee:
We discourage holiday drop offs or pick ups and they are limited to 9-9:30 am and 5-5:30 pm. You must receive staff approval for holiday drop offs and pick ups. These special accommodations are subject to an additional $50 fee.
DISCLAIMER: We do not offer holiday drop offs or pick ups on Thanksgiving or Christmas for any reason.
SAME DAY SERVICE REQUESTS
Reservations submitted with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $15 same day fee.
VETERINARIAN APPOINTMENTS AND EMERGENCIES
All pets must have an Authorization Form on file, to receive medical care if deemed necessary. All clients will be held responsible for all charges incurred during the visit, as well as the transportation cost to and from the appointment.
The purpose of Tri State Pet Care is to provide a safe, fun, and a stimulating social environment for dogs 7-days a week. To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests comply with the following rules and regulations.
AGE
All dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age or older. All dogs 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered.
VACCINATIONS
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations. Rabies is required for puppies over 4 months of age.
HEALTH
All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
BEHAVIOR
All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog(s). Please remember, your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern.
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
Drop off and pick up time are all done by appointment only between 9am-11:00am and 4:30pm-6pm. We understand that travel plans may change, so we require a 2-hour call advance with arrival time. All reservations sent in the same day (less than 24 hours notice) will be subject to an additional surcharge of $15. If you come without an appointment, we may not be able to provide service and are not responsible for incurred charges.
