Reservation policy details

Your reservation is not confirmed until receipt of a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of a one day boarding stay. This payment does apply towards your invoice total and is due within 48 hours of our acknowledgement via email or your request will be removed from our records.

Cancellation policy 

If you cancel at any time, you will be forfeiting your one day deposit. Therefore, it will not be refunded or credited to your account.



 We do not offer grooming services for cats.

Cat boarding is billed at $40 per day, per cat.
