Fully Indoor private doggy suites
These rooms are private and fully indoors. Dogs staying in our fully indoor rooms will receive 3-4 potty breaks each day. This area is temperature controlled year round. These rooms are monitored at night. Feel free to bring a bed from home or any toys to help them feel most comfortable during their stay with us. Be sure to bring their regular diet with them! We provide bowls and blankets.
Indoor / Outdoor doggy suites
Unlike our fully indoor option, these rooms will allow your pet access to his or her private outside portion just about 24 hours a day! Please know that dogs staying in these rooms will get closed indoors for a period of time in the mornings while we rotate through our once daily play sessions that are included in the base price of the rooms. The doggy doors in these rooms that separate the indoor portion from the outdoor portion have both heavy duty freezer flaps as well as a sliding guillotine door. The indoor portion of these rooms are temperature controlled. However, we are mindful of major weather events! We may close our boarding guests inside during periods of extreme heat or cold, or during rain, wind or snow storms. Please bring your pets regular diet with them for their stay. You may also bring a bed or any toys that will make them feel most comfortable during their stay. We provide bowls and blankets.
Reservation policy details
Reservations require a one day deposit. These deposits are due within 48 hours of our acceptance for official confirmation.
There is a 4 day minimum stay for reservations over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Cancellation policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of if or when you cancel.
The purpose of Tri State Pet Care is to provide a safe, fun, and a stimulating social environment for dogs 7-days a week. To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests comply with the following rules and regulations.
AGE
All dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age or older. All dogs 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered.
VACCINATIONS
All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof of Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations. Rabies is required for puppies over 4 months of age.
MULTI-PET SHARING A KENNEL
If you have multiple pets of the opposite genders and both are not spayed/neutered, the MUST lodge separately. We will not accommodate them sharing a kennel during their stay with us. We will not be responsible for vet bills related to breeding and/or pregnancy.
HEALTH
All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
BEHAVIOR
All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other dog(s). Please remember, your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern.
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
Drop off and pick up time are all done by appointment only between 9am-11:00am and 4:30pm-6pm. We understand that travel plans may change, so we require a 2-hour call advance with arrival time. All reservations sent in the same day (less than 24 hours notice) will be subject to an additional surcharge of $15. If you come without an appointment, we may not be able to provide service and are not responsible for incurred charges.
