GROOMING POLICIES:
We practice humanity before vanity when helping you choose the right haircut for your pet.
GROOMING HOURS:
By appointment only. Hours vary 8am-6pm
DROP OFF AND PICK UP:
Unless advanced arrangements are made, please arrive to your appointment no more than 15 minutes early and please pick up no more than 45 minutes after notice of completion.
If you need your pup to have an extended stay for their grooming appointment,
day boarding arrangements can be made for an additional fee.
VACCINES:
Currently, the salon is only requiring the rabies vaccine. We highly recommend your dog is current on all vaccines recommended by your veterinarian.
GROOMING PRICING:
All grooming pricing is adjusted according to breed, size/weight, condition of coat, length of coat, coat type,
temperament and special needs.
Cases of matting will incur additional fees.
Price ranges are based on routine maintenance grooming of 4-12 weeks.
GROOMING PACKAGES:
If your dog is in need of a haircut (including just a trim), please select from our GROOM packages.
If your dog does not need a haircut, please select from our BATH packages.
The POODLE/DOODLE package is for Poodles, Doodles and breeds with similar coats such as Bichon, Portuguese Water Dog, Kerry Blue, Irish Water Spaniel, Barbet, Spanish Water Dog, etc. We recommend this package every 4-8 weeks.
The ALL INCLUSIVE DESHED packages are designed to help remove dead hair, dirt, and dander that can accumulate in the fur, while preventing matting and tangling. A properly deshed coat will reduce every day shedding while keeping the skin and coat healthy. This package is important for all double coat breeds (for example: German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, Husky, Malamute, Bernese Mountain Dog, Corgi, Newfoundland, Saint Bernard, Shiba Inu, American Eskimo, Keeshond). We recommend this package every 4-6 weeks.
The ALL INCLUSIVE packages are designed for all dogs not falling in the category of "Poodle/Doodle" or "Deshed".
Perfect for dogs with straight, wavy, wire, or naturally smooth/short hair.
CANCELATION POLICY:
We understand that things come up from time to time. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation so we can try to fill your time slot appropriately. If you do not, a cancellation fee may be added to your next invoice.
Since we are an appointment based service, we have allotted a specific amount of time for your pet. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you. If this is the case, it will be considered a no-show and the no-show policy will apply.
Should you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice a penalty will be issued as follows:
~ a verbal warning and note added to your account for first occurrence
~ 50% of your scheduled services for the second occurrence
~ 100% of your scheduled services each time thereafter
