CAT BOARDING
DEPOSIT
We require a one day deposit for all boarding reservations. This deposit is due within 48 hours of our acceptance for official confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of if or when you cancel.
PAYMENT
Your remaining balance is due when you pick up your pet. We accept, cash and all major credit cards. If you would like to leave gratuity, you may do so in cash or with card. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only credit to your account to use in the future.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel at any time, you will be forfeiting your deposit. Therefore, it will not be refunded or credited to your account.
HOLIDAYS
The following are considered holidays and are subject to a $10 per cat holiday fee:
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- New Years
We discourage drop offs or pick ups on holidays. If necessary, these are limited to 9-9:30am and 5-5:30pm. You must receive staff approval for holiday accommodations. These accommodations are subject to a $50 fee.

BOARDING HOURS:
Our boarding facility is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We schedule drop offs and pick ups between the hours of 9-11:00am and 4:30-6pm.
For reservations over Thanksgiving and Christmas, we require a 4 day minimum stay.
SAME DAY SERVICE REQUESTS
All boarding requests sent in with less than 24 hours notice are subject to an additional $15 fee.
VETERINARIAN APPOINTMENTS AND EMERGENCIES
All pets must have an Authorization Form on file, to receive medical care if deemed necessary. All clients will be held responsible for all charges incurred during the visit, as well as the transportation cost to and from the appointment.
We offer cat boarding in our cat condos that are located upstairs and away from our k9 guests. These condos are roughly 3'x3'x6'.
MULTI PET SHARING A KENNEL
If you have multiple pets of opposite genders and both are not spayed/neutered they must lodge separately. We will not accommodate them sharing a kennel during their stay with us and we will not be responsible for vet bills related to breeding and or pregnancy. We will accommodate a maximum of two (2) cats in a cat condo.
BEHAVIOR
All cats must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will certify their cats have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or any other cat(s).
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS
Drop off and pick up time are all done by appointment only between 9am-11:00am and 4:30pm-6pm. We understand that travel plans may change, so we require a 2-hour call advance with arrival time. If you come without an appointment, we may not be able to provide service and are not responsible for incurred charges.
DROP OFF & PICK UP

VACCINATIONS:
Cats who are boarding with us must be up to date with both rabies and distemper (FVRCP) vaccines. If your cat has access outside, they must also be up to date with a Leukemia vaccine.
PLAY SESSIONS:
Each day, cat boarding reservations include a play/brushing/snuggle session with a staff member. These sessions are roughly 15-20 minutes.
*For the safety of the cats in our care, unsocialized cats may not be eligible for play sessions in our living room area.
HEALTH:
All cats must be in good health. Owners will certify their cat(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all cats must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Cats that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
We do not accommodate cat boarding for cats with serious medical conditions including bout not limited to diabetes or cancer. We work to create a feline-friendly, safe, and comfortable boarding facility. However, being away from home is stressful for cats, and some boarders may develop symptoms related to this. These can include digestive upset, decreased appetite, sneezing and/or runny eyes, and sometimes worsening of pre-existing health conditions.
Cats in boarding facilities may also be exposed to infectious diseases. While vaccines protect cats from many serious viral infections, other contagious illnesses can still circulate in facilities where multiple cats are housed. We do follow stringent hygiene practices and your cat(s) will never have direct contact with another boarding feline.
Cats coming to stay with us for boarding must have no sign of fleas.
Cats under 10 years old must have had a wellness exam within 12 months. Cats over 10 years old must have had a wellness exam within 6 months.
GROOMING:
We do not provide grooming services for cats.
